Kural olarak hukukumuzda avukatla temsil zorunluluğu bulunmamaktadır. Ceza Muhakemesi Kanunu’nda bu kuralın istisnaları bulunmaktadır. Anılan kurallar çerçevesinde talebiniz halinde ya da re’sen size vekil ya da müdafii atanacaktır.
Dava açılırken masraf ödemek zorunda mıyım?
Ceza davaları dışında, dava açılırken davanın konusuna göre değişen harç ve gider avansı alınmakta, davanın seyri esnasında da ihtiyaç oldukça eksik kalan gider avansının yatırılması ya da eksik harcın tamamlanması talep edilmektedir.
